His Centre provides advanced support on digital forensics, decryption and cyber threat intelligence. EC3 acts as a law enforcement liaison with industry and academia.

Before becoming Head of EC3, Edvardas was Deputy Police Commissioner General of the Lithuanian Police, with 22 years dedicated to crime investigation.
