Frédéric HOLM-HADULLA

Frédéric Holm-Hadulla is Senior Adviser in the Front Office of the Directorate General Monetary Policy at the European Central Bank. He has held various positions at the ECB since 2009, including Head of Section in the Monetary Policy Strategy Division (2022–2025) and Head of Section in the Monetary Analysis Division (2020–2022).

He holds a PhD in Economics from Friedrich-Alexander-University, Erlangen-Nuremberg (2018). He was awarded the First Prize at the Best Paper Awards of the 2018 World Finance Conference.

Eva Margareta TAYLOR

Eva Margareta Taylor is Head of Section in the SCT Strategic Communication division at the European Central Bank, a position she has held since October 2024. She previously served as Lead Press Officer (2021–2024) and Press Officer (2015–2021) at the ECB.

Before joining the ECB, she worked as ECB Correspondent at Thomson Reuters (2011–2015), and as a financial journalist at Reuters, Bloomberg TV London and Financial Times Deutschland. She holds an MA in Japanese Studies and Asian Pacific Economics from SOAS University of London.
