This report sheds light on how digital rights are regulated within the EU. To this end, it analyses the different measures, regulations, and strategies that have been adopted in certain EU Member States to implement the European Declaration on Digital Rights and Principles for the Digital, as well as the European social partners' framework agreement on digitalization. More concretely, the report focuses on the implementation of the articles devoted to fair and just working conditions in Chapter II of the Declaration (solidarity and inclusion).
