About the Event

This panel will examine the EU regulatory framework on media independence, providing a clear European overview of the implementation of the  European Media Freedom Act (EMFA) , with a particular focus on  Article 5 . Given that there are significant disparities in the implementation process across the 27 Member States, the event aims to offer a comprehensive and comparative snapshot of the current state of play.

Further details, including the agenda and list of speakers, will be shared in due course.
