Held in the context of the ongoing Wine Package reform, the discussion will explore how these varieties can support rural development and agrobiodiversity, as their genetic diversity offers practical responses to climate change and resource protection, notably through improved resilience, disease resistance, and reduced pesticide use.The event will be followed by a wine tasting in the canal area, featuring wines and derived products from these varieties. The tasting will be open to all and guided by a professional sommelier, who will introduce the different wines and share their stories and characteristics during the cocktail.
