While the EU has developed a wide range of instruments, spanning foreign information manipulation, cyber resilience, digital regulation, crisis coordination, and economic security; important questions remain regarding coherence, coordination, and democratic oversight.The event will centre on the presentation of an S&D-commissioned independent study by EPIC: "Strengthening EU Responses to Hybrid Threats," followed by a panel discussion with experts and practitioners.
