As the EU strives to reinforce its industrial resilience and reduce strategic dependencies, the role of circular economy policies is more vital than ever. In light of the Clean Industrial Deal, the Critical Raw Materials Act, and the upcoming Circular Economy Act and revision of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive, this discussion will focus on the importance of WEEE collection in securing Europe's resource autonomy.
