The registration deadline has expired.

Eumans Congress

Brussels, March 6th

Introduction

Democracy faces increasing challenges, often perceived as a failed system that fosters distrust and ineffectiveness. Its national and short-term focus makes it ill-suited for tackling transnational, long-term policies requiring public involvement. In contrast, authoritarian regimes, public bureaucracies, and private oligopolies thrive, curbing civil liberties and hollowing out democratic frameworks.

Eumans is committed to reversing this trend through civic engagement, empowering individuals to participate directly across borders and elections.

Article 3 of Eumans' Statute: "Eumans, as a pan-European Movement of popular and nonviolent initiatives, has among its objectives the defense of human rights and fundamental freedoms, the affirmation of the rule of law and democracy, the protection, conservation, and restoration of the ecosystem and sustainable development, as well as the promotion of science-based debates and institutional decisions."
