• Policy development: Developed numerous policy documents and position papers. Ensured ANOSR's active involvement in the elaboration, monitoring, and implementation of public policies in Higher Education (HE). Coordination:
o Successfully coordinated a working group in developing a proposal for a national strategy on Social Dimension in HE and supporting research policy paper.
• Legislative monitoring: Monitored legislative processes on national and European levels, reviewing legislation and law drafts to ensure alignment with student interests.
• Research and analysis: Followed and analyzed relevant position papers, studies and reports on HE at national, European, and international levels.
• Data collection: Collected and processed data on HE from publicly available sources and websites and official requests based on transparency rules.
• Advocacy: Led federation advocacy campaigns to drive impactful change.

2. External Relations

• Institutional partners: Represented the federation and student interests in meetings with government representatives, stakeholders, the Romanian Prime Minister, Minister of Education, Minister of Finance, and Members of the Romanian Parliament.

3. Capacity-Building

• Team coordination: Coordinated the Educational Department, overseeing data collection and processing related to HE and led a working group on doctoral studies for over 7 months.
